🫐 High-Protein Blueberry Cheesecake Bowl
Creamy, cheesecake-like, loaded with blueberries, and 30g+ protein. Best of all, it comes together in about 10 minutes!
Ingredients
For the cheesecake base:
- 1 cup (225 g) low-fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup (120 g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (25–30 g) vanilla protein powder
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp light cream cheese, softened
Blueberry swirl & topping:
- ½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup blueberries for topping
- 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers
- Optional: extra crushed graham crackers for the base
Instructions
- Make the blueberry sauce: Microwave ½ cup blueberries with 1 tsp honey for about 30–60 seconds. Mash lightly and let cool for a couple of minutes.
- Blend the cheesecake mixture: Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, cream cheese, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into a bowl or container.
- Add spoonfuls of the blueberry sauce and gently swirl it through the cheesecake mixture.
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and top with fresh blueberries.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes (or longer for a firmer texture).

Tip: For the closest texture to the pictured dessert, blend the cottage cheese very thoroughly—it makes the cheesecake filling silky smooth.
