Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
