Garlic Butter Beef Spaghetti in Cheddar Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 18 oz spaghetti
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the beef. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and milk. Stir well and let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Add cheddar cheese gradually, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the cheesy garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
