Crispy Cheesy Beef & Ranch Taquitos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded Fiesta Blend cheese
  • 10–12 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp canola oil (plus more for brushing or frying)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in the ranch seasoning and mix well.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly so they roll easily.
  4. Add a spoonful of beef and shredded cheese to each tortilla.
  5. Roll tightly and place seam-side down.

To Bake

  • Brush lightly with oil.
  • Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.

To Fry

  • Heat oil in a skillet.
  • Fry taquitos seam-side down first until crispy and golden on all sides.
