Crispy Cheesy Beef & Ranch Taquitos
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded Fiesta Blend cheese
- 10–12 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp canola oil (plus more for brushing or frying)
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in the ranch seasoning and mix well.
- Warm tortillas slightly so they roll easily.
- Add a spoonful of beef and shredded cheese to each tortilla.
- Roll tightly and place seam-side down.
To Bake
- Brush lightly with oil.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
To Fry
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Fry taquitos seam-side down first until crispy and golden on all sides.
