🫐 High-Protein Blueberry Cheesecake Bowl

Creamy, cheesecake-like, loaded with blueberries, and 30g+ protein. Best of all, it comes together in about 10 minutes!

Ingredients

For the cheesecake base:

  • 1 cup (225 g) low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup (120 g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (25–30 g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese, softened

Blueberry swirl & topping:

  • ½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup blueberries for topping
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers
  • Optional: extra crushed graham crackers for the base

Instructions

  1. Make the blueberry sauce: Microwave ½ cup blueberries with 1 tsp honey for about 30–60 seconds. Mash lightly and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  2. Blend the cheesecake mixture: Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, cream cheese, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a bowl or container.
  4. Add spoonfuls of the blueberry sauce and gently swirl it through the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and top with fresh blueberries.
  6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes (or longer for a firmer texture).

💪 Protein: roughly 35–40 g per bowl, depending on the protein powder and yogurt used.

Tip: For the closest texture to the pictured dessert, blend the cottage cheese very thoroughly—it makes the cheesecake filling silky smooth.
