🍪 White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies 😍
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix just until combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
- Bake for 9–12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden but the centers still look slightly soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
