A Gentle Daily Ritual to Support Balance and Vitality
Ingredients:
1 cup hot water
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of black pepper (helps activate turmeric)
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
A splash of lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
Bring water to a gentle boil.
Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper to a cup.
Pour the hot water over the spices.
Stir well and let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
Add honey and lemon juice if desired.
Stir again and enjoy warm.
Tips:
Drink once daily, preferably in the morning or evening.
Stir before drinking, as spices may settle at the bottom.
Use fresh grated ginger for a stronger flavor.
