Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pan-fry over medium heat for 12–15 minutes until golden and tender.
Add the red pepper, green pepper, and onion. Cook another 4–5 minutes until softened with lightly caramelized edges.
Pat the beef steak completely dry and season generously with salt and cracked black pepper.
Heat a heavy skillet until very hot. Sear the steak for about 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting for thickness and preferred doneness.
Add butter and garlic during the last minute and baste the beef with the sizzling garlic butter. Rest the steak for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Fry two eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set with lightly crispy edges while the yolks stay bright and runny. Sprinkle with parsley, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Plate the whole beef steak on one side with the breakfast potatoes and peppers at the top and both fried eggs on the left. Boomβ€”steakhouse breakfast at home. πŸ₯©πŸ”₯
