Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup diced onions

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or slices of cheddar)

6 medium flour tortillas or wraps
For Garlic Butter:

3 tablespoons butter (melted)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add diced onions, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Sauté until onions are tender. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted and gooey.
  2. Assemble the Rollups:
Lay out the tortillas. Spoon the cheesy beef mixture down the center of each one. Roll them up tightly like burritos.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter:
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.
  4. Toast the Rollups:
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Brush each rollup with garlic butter and place seam-side down. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve:
Slice and serve hot with dipping sauce like ranch, ketchup, or burger sauce.

Enjoy your crispy, cheesy, garlicky rollups! Perfect for lunch, dinner, or game-day snacks. 😋🔥
