Fresh Celery Detox Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of fresh celery (washed and chopped)
  • 1 cup water
  • Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • A small piece of ginger (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the celery thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  2. Chop the celery into smaller pieces.
  3. Add the celery to a blender along with 1 cup of water.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or cheesecloth (optional, if you prefer juice without pulp).
  6. Add lemon juice, honey, and ginger if desired.
  7. Mix well and serve fresh.

Note:
Celery is nutritious and can support a healthy diet, but it does not “cleanse” organs or cure diseases as claimed in the image.
