Creamy Cheesy Beef Bowtie Pasta 🍝🧀
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese or sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley or garlic bread for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta
Boil the bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. - Brown the beef
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease. - Make the creamy sauce
Add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, cream cheese (or sour cream), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir until smooth and creamy. - Add cheese
Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted. - Combine
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until fully coated. - Serve
Serve hot with garlic bread or a sprinkle of parsley on top.
