Chicken Pot Pie Bake 🥘🍗
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (about 3 cups)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans Pillsbury Grands biscuits
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix:
- shredded chicken
- cream of chicken soup
- frozen vegetables
- cheese
- milk
- seasonings
- Spread mixture evenly into baking dish.
- Place biscuits on top in a single layer.
- Brush biscuits with melted butter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

- Crispy bacon bits
- Diced onions
- Ranch seasoning
- Extra cheese on top
