Chicken Pot Pie Bake 🥘🍗

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (about 3 cups)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands biscuits
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix:
    • shredded chicken
    • cream of chicken soup
    • frozen vegetables
    • cheese
    • milk
    • seasonings
  4. Spread mixture evenly into baking dish.
  5. Place biscuits on top in a single layer.
  6. Brush biscuits with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Crispy bacon bits
  • Diced onions
  • Ranch seasoning
  • Extra cheese on top
