Celery Juice: A Natural Drink for Detox and Wellness

Ingredients

  • 4–5 fresh celery stalks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • A small piece of fresh ginger (optional)

Preparation Method

  1. Wash the celery stalks thoroughly.
  2. Cut the celery into small pieces.
  3. Place the celery pieces in a blender.
  4. Add the water and blend until smooth.
  5. Strain the juice using a fine strainer or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother drink.
  6. Add lemon juice, honey, and ginger if desired.
  7. Stir well and serve fresh.

Tip: Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach for best freshness and taste.
