Ingredients
- 4–5 fresh celery stalks
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- A small piece of fresh ginger (optional)
Preparation Method
- Wash the celery stalks thoroughly.
- Cut the celery into small pieces.
- Place the celery pieces in a blender.
- Add the water and blend until smooth.
- Strain the juice using a fine strainer or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother drink.
- Add lemon juice, honey, and ginger if desired.
- Stir well and serve fresh.
