Cajun Garlic Butter Beef Spaghetti in Three-Cheese Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients:
1½ lbs ground beef
12 oz spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1½ tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup whole milk
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook the spaghetti until just tender with a slight bite. Drain well and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and let it cook for a minute before breaking it apart so it develops a deep brown color. Continue cooking until fully browned.
- Season the beef with Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well, then add the minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant. Drain off any excess grease if needed.
- Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt into the beef, coating everything in flavor.
- Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring as the mixture warms. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cream cheese and stir until it melts completely into the sauce.
- Gradually mix in the Parmesan, cheddar, and mozzarella, stirring until the sauce becomes thick, smooth, and fully combined.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and gently toss until every strand is coated in the rich, cheesy Cajun sauce.
- Let it sit for a minute so the sauce clings nicely to the pasta.
- Serve warm, topped with chopped parsley.
