Ingredients (Makes 4 patties)

  • 2 cans (14–15 oz total) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (regular or panko)
  • ½ red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray or a light brush of oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture
    • In a large bowl, combine salmon, eggs, breadcrumbs, bell pepper, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix until well combined.
  2. Form patties
    • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
    • Shape into patties about ¾-inch thick.
  3. Preheat air fryer
    • Preheat to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Air fry
    • Lightly spray the basket and the tops of the patties with cooking spray.
    • Place patties in a single layer.
    • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve
    • Garnish with extra parsley.
    • Serve with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, garlic aioli, or a fresh salad.

Tips

  • If the mixture feels too wet, add 1–2 extra tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
  • For extra flavor, add 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or a dash of hot sauce.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
