Ingredients:
2 packs (about 400 g) of graham crackers or tea biscuits
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix (170 g)
3 cups cold milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 g melted chocolate or chocolate ganache
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- In another bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until smooth and creamy.
- In a rectangular dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture on top, then repeat with alternating layers of crackers and cream.
- Pour the melted chocolate or ganache over the final cream layer and spread evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) for best texture and flavor.
