Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
1 scoop strawberry ice cream
3 tbsp hot fudge sauce
3 tbsp strawberry sauce
3 tbsp crushed pineapple
Whipped cream
3 maraschino cherries
2 tbsp chopped peanuts or walnuts
Chocolate sprinkles, optional
Method:
Peel the banana and slice it lengthwise down the middle.
Place the banana halves in a long banana-split dish, one on each side.
Place the vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream scoops in a row between the banana halves.
Spoon hot fudge over the chocolate ice cream.
Add strawberry sauce over the strawberry ice cream.
Spoon crushed pineapple over the vanilla ice cream.
Top each scoop generously with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate sprinkles.
Finish each mound of whipped cream with a bright red maraschino cherry. 🍒
