Strawberry Crackle Salad Recipe 🍓
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup cottage cheese or strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal or crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the whipped topping and cottage cheese (or yogurt).
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sugar if using.
- Fold in the strawberries, pineapple, mini marshmallows, and nuts.
- Gently mix until everything is coated evenly.
- Just before serving, stir in the crispy rice cereal or crushed wafers for the “crackle” texture.
- Chill for 30 minutes and serve cold.

- Add bananas for extra sweetness.
- Use toasted nuts for more flavor.
- Mix in the cereal right before serving so it stays crunchy.
