Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs 🍔🧄🧀
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease. - Season:
Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. - Prepare biscuits:
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle. - Fill the bombs:
Add a spoonful of beef mixture and a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the center. Fold dough around filling and pinch closed. - Arrange & brush:
Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning, then brush over each bomb. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired. - Bake:
Bake for 13–16 minutes or until golden brown. - Serve warm:
Best enjoyed hot with ketchup, ranch, or garlic sauce! 😋
