Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs 🍔🧄🧀

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the beef:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season:
    Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Prepare biscuits:
    Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  5. Fill the bombs:
    Add a spoonful of beef mixture and a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the center. Fold dough around filling and pinch closed.
  6. Arrange & brush:
    Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning, then brush over each bomb. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  7. Bake:
    Bake for 13–16 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm:
    Best enjoyed hot with ketchup, ranch, or garlic sauce! 😋
