Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cans sloppy joe sauce/mix
- 1½ jars nacho cheese sauce
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (rounds work great)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and drain excess grease.
- Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Spread the beef mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Pour/spread the nacho cheese evenly over the top.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, until the tots are crispy and golden.
- Optional: broil 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.

- Shredded cheddar or pepper jack
- Pickles on top after baking
