Red Berry Detox Drink for Circulation Support 🍓

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the fruits:
    Wash the strawberries and raspberries thoroughly.
  2. Add to blender:
    Place the berries, water (or coconut water), and chia seeds into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth:
    Blend everything until you get a smooth, slightly thick drink.
  4. Add flavor:
    Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
  5. Blend again:
    Blend briefly to mix all ingredients well.
  6. Serve:
    Pour into a glass and drink immediately for best freshness.
