Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
✅2 lbs ground beef
✅2 cans sloppy joe sauce
✅1½ jars nacho cheese sauce
1 bag frozen tater tot rounds
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain any excess grease.
Step 3: Add the Sloppy Joe Sauce
Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until heated through.
Step 4: Layer the Casserole
Spread the sloppy joe beef mixture evenly in a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 5: Add Nacho Cheese
Pour the nacho cheese sauce over the meat layer and spread evenly.
Step 6: Add Tater Tots
Arrange the frozen tater tot rounds in a single layer on top.
Step 7: Bake
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
Step 8: Add Cheddar Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
